BP Newbie from Houston, Texas!

Hi everybody! 

I came across the BP podcast recently to learn as I work. I'm an ultra-involved general contracting company owner/realtor in the Houston area, also suffering from ocd and a bit of perfectionism... 

Initially, my goals were to design and construct the high dollar spaces within a home that have enthusiasts drooling over  portfolio pics. Though here and there I still perform for the home owner, my focus has shifted towards Home Flipping. I've spent the last year and a half catering my services exclusively to investors. Honestly, I don't know if I will ever look back.. The products will always speak for themselves and I aim to never stray from delivering such a high level of quality rehab. 

I'm always looking to learn as much as I can and even more excited to form relationships with those that have the same fire in their gut.
