Maybe Canadians are more passive aggressive in this way, or maybe it's too cold in Canada to smoke outside - I don't know; all I can say is none of my rental properties smell like smoke, and I know of at least 2 people that are smokers living in the homes, and I can spot a whiff of cigarette smoke a mile away as a non-smoker. 

But coming from a freezing cold, liberal mecca (haha) like Madison to that might be too much.

Hello All,I do a lot of cold calling and come across a lot of commercial retail property owners that are willing to take offer on their property.

I have no idea how they could be cold.

My mother loves Texas weather, but she is always cold so the summer is when she just basks in the heat, and hibernates when Texas gets "cold." 

Today I missed out on a property that went to auction strictly because of cold feet.
