I have talked to multiple people that have been through these things and have seen a very low success rate out of them.

There is plenty to learn here and multiple options to make income in real estate.  

While there are multiple ways to get started wholesaling, bird dogging, etc.That being said there is multiple ways to get started.

I knew her moving with me would be a disaster for multiple reasons so I told her no and got roommates to fill the rooms so I wouldn't have to have uncomfortable conversations with family.

A good friend and colleague, who is also interested in long term real estate investing, said he has multiple investors who would be interested in getting involved in a large multi family deal through me  in the market I will be working in.

That's a huge advantage over someone with no cash on hand.Personally, I like to have multiple exit strategies.

Having always loved looking at open houses as a kid, and currently always chasing the best deals around multiple supermarkets on any given day, I am looking forward to the challenges, lifestyle, and possibilities of real estate investing.I plan on doing some wholesaling deals initially to get experience making deals.  

I am still learning and soon want to move into the "multiple purchases a year" tier so I may have to start networking more, of course.Account Closed - It depends on the amount of rehab.
