Hello All!
I have been subscribed to BP for a while now but never posted to the forums. I am a bit shy but I'm breaking out of that now (several changes in my life have allowed me to do this). I am in the Raleigh, North Carolina area, and work a full time job, doing Buy-and-Holds on the side basically. I devote all the time needed to the rentals, and my tenants presently like me, so I guess that's good. Hello all! I seek to learn more and become part of the community to expand my knowledge and network network network!
