Naturally, when deals are found he'll have the final say, which I'm okay with since he isn't completely "green" in the industry.Finally, I will say there have been friends who were uninterested the first time around but have come around wanting to invest together because of how well things are progressing.For me, I had to build the relationships first; then prove myself.

I don't expect the person to identify loose doorknobs or burnt out light bulbs, but I trust that when they say "you're going to need a new roof in the next 5 years" that they know what they're talking about.I would not, on the other hand expect them to say "I guarantee that roof will last more than 5 years".Can you speak a bit more to what exactly it is you want to accomplish with the inspection(s)?
