Help! Does anyone know of any reliable and qualified home inspectors in Ft Wayne Indiana? I am in Portland Oregon and not having any luck. I have signed purchase agreements for 3 homes in Ft Wayne. The referrals I have will not call me back and I have not found any on my own that have "errors and omissions" insurance, nor do any have guarantees. I was warned not to do business with inspectors who do not provide these simple assurances that they will do their jobs.
