The salon I was looking to buy is now back in the picture and wants to deal. 

As a GC we have subs we trust but for our fee we are the baby sitters, picture takers, etc and make sure the subs don't go marking up the materials 100-500% like they do for normal customers.

From the pictures, the building looks quite old.

I plan to set up the house to sleep 8-14. (3 bedrooms with kings, 1 bedroom with 2 bunkbeds, family room with 2 sofa sleepers.)What do you picture when you think of a log vacation home in Montana?

You see on the picture below which is the front ridge on the floor of the cabinet that it may be a cross section of particle board. 

It was not something that you would get used to eventually, things would fall off tables and pictures would fall off the wall.

For example a couch in a living room, lets them picture there couch in its place and add their other furniture, TV, etc.

It seems the thought is that  Atlanta hit it's peak for investing already, but I believe there's a ripple effect in motion that presents many opportunities.
