Weird activity in basement

I have inspected thousands of houses over the last 30+ years.  This one had a spooky feeling basement, but NOTHING visually unusual... until I looked at the photos.  Anyone else every seen something like this?

I was a professional photographer for 20 years, it might just be because you’re using a slow shutter speed your camera caught a light somewhere and it created a lot for trail due to a long exposure.
