Immediately issue a 10 day notice, indicate that subleasing is not required, and ask them to remove all non authorized residents from your place within 10 days.  

I've had a lot of interest from Section 8 tenants, and some of them have openly told me they're lying to Columbus Metro Housing Authority to get their voucher.

They all seem to agree with us and are pushing this up the chain of command to try and get someone with more authority to make a decision.Has anyone else dealt with something like this?

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but you should be able to refuse to rent to someone who is not legally authorized to be in the country.

My wife and I put it in our operating agreement that she is a silent partner, her signature is not binding on any contract, and I have the authority to sign in her place. ( she no longer has to sign anything or show up to closings).

Simple, the listing agreement has to be signed by an Authorized representative/trustee of the Title Holder of each property.
