You have to be good at marketing the property online to get people away from hostels and hotels, there is a lot of competition.

I think you're subject to hotel tax and there may be other restrictions depending on the neighborhood.

But now its a hot cake and Uganda being a Pearl of Africa has attracted fast growth in tourism sector, and  hotel development.
