Hello,
My name is Eric, and I am a newbie here. Not sure how I came upon the site, but after spending a few minutes looking around, I thought it was a perfect fit to network with like minded individuals.
I am currently in the process of my first small real estate development in Domincial, Costa Rica.
I thought this would be the perfect place to pass on some tips as I go along as well, as pick up on anyone's helpful advice as well.
