I think your concern is totally misplaced.You can transfer a property into an LLC, but you can also have other issues from doing that, like losing your title insurance protection, that means you could complicate your liability years down the road after your sale.Study what Jerry said, note that he is an attorney and his advice for you is very good.

I do know if you don't do anything, down the road ( if not now) every time you use the cramped shower, you will be thinking about that nice, big, tiled shower with seating and how wonderful that would be.
