Then this thing called COVID-19 came around(Socialism for some of you conspiracy theorists), and wrecked many people's plans.

Economic Update(Monday, July 13, 2020)Not since the 1960s has the United States experienced social upheaval like it is experiencing today.

I had a potential partnership fall through recently and it woke me up to how few people I know outside of my social circle.

Until we can socialize again, you might call a few club leaders and find out which lenders have regularly attended their clubs and who have the best reputations.

We both have careers in the social services sector, so not high income earners, and I've also taken a break to raise our kids (though I'll be returning to work part time soon). 

It will be worth every penny, opposed to random advice from strangers in an online forum, which could cost you thousands. 

I believe, though, that all these one-timers (random postcards, cold calls etc) are not generating enough attention for a potential seller to call one's number once they finally decide to sell.

I'd suggest officially staying there-living there, maybe on an old couch on random nights, don't give up your occupancy.
