Housing voucher tenant placement in DC

Hi, I am looking for a service who can place a housing voucher tenant for an apartment in NE DC in Stadium/armory area.

I have three other voucher tenants in DC.  I have posted on the various websites but not getting any traction.  Please let me know if you can assist or know someone who can assist.
