I live in Silicon Valley, California and would need someone that I could work with remotely.Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

There is huge development in the works for north of the river and Cerner is building a huge campus that will bring a bunch of jobs (and hopefully retail and increased property values) to south KC.  

SF/Santa Clara county is the heart of Silicon Valley and FMV is thru the roof.E.

I am looking to network with the people in the Rio Grande Valley..i know that real estate is my future I am just looking for any advice any one can give me...I am a complete newbie but am a hard worker I am looking to put in the hours it takes, but I need an avenue on which to go down as they say.

I'd be at the bottom of a river or dump.  

Currently I am investing and living in the Rio Grande Valley.

If the pre foreclosure was in the West Valley Utah area, for example, pursuing a sub-2 deal that is pre foreslosure should start by contacting the home owner. 

I am out in Santa Clarita (not too far from Palmdale), and I market to homeowners throughout the Antelope Valley.
