Anybody try to real estate in los angeles/san francisco area

SF/Santa Clara county is the heart of Silicon Valley and FMV is thru the roof.
E. San Jose & Haywood might be better, likely class C properties.
Gillroy and Morgan hill S. on 101 would be good too.
