Kyle  here. Been investing in Georgia, Florida, and Texas since the early 2000's. Currently I am investing and living in the Rio Grande Valley. I am actively looking to buy and sell residential real estate in the area focusing primarily on buy fix and hold, buy fix and flip, and buy fix and owner finance properties. One thing is for certain in real estate. You never ever stop learning! I look forward to networking, learning, and sharing my knowledge with like minded folks.
