Goodlettsville is great as far as access to the interstate goes and price, but if the public school system matters for you in the future it isn't as good as say Hendersonville.I'm not sure how far away from Nashville you'd consider, so Gallatin might be a bit far out for you as far as access to Nashville goes, but houses are less expensive there, along with quite a few investment opportunities.

I understand that this is a public forum and not necessarily typical professional communication, but if a wholesaler wrote me in that format, my immediate reaction would be to strongly doubt his professionalism. 

Appfolio recently raised their pricing and is focusing more on the enterprise crowd, that's what going public did to them as they are desperately trying to stop losing money.
