Code Enforcement Leads

Hello All,

I have heard in the past about individuals finding leads from code enforcement violations. I have searched all of the government sites in my area, but I am unable to find a public listing of code enforcement violations. Does any one know of a means to acquire this list, or if it is even allowed for public view? Thanks for the help in advance.

Regards,

Will

Thanks @Jassem A., I was actually able to find the listing online. There are TONS of potential with possible motivated seller. Its funny looking through the list seeing that there was at least 20 properties that had code violations for chickens, roosters being too loud, and people treating there property as a poultry farm by breeding chickens. Reading through the list seeing the hundreds of violations was my entertainment for the evening. Already printed it out and will start mailing first thing tomorrow. Wish me luck!
