Property Management Software
Hello BP family. I'm currently looking for a comprehensive property management software for a fair price. A few of the guest speakers on the BiggerPockets Podcast have mentioned Appfolio and recommended that software. Does anyone personally recommend Appfolio or any other software?

I think the general consensus on BP is that Buildium and Appfolio are two of the best. I also think that Appfolio tends be more for when you have a larger number of units (e.g. 100 and up). Just eyeballing your profile and where you are at, I would say Buildium would be more than sufficient. It's what I use to manage about 30 units, and I absolutely love it.
