We will be living on the house for 3 years, we can not have roommates since my son is immunocompromised and he can get sick super fast, and is hard to force strangers to comply with all the required sanitary procedures to live with us.We want some equity, and we will like to learn the real estate business so we can do this once we get out the current situation.Thank you

@Paul WinkaThe LLC for a checkbook IRA is specialized in nature with respect to several components of how it is formed and ultimately integrated with the IRA account at the custodian that will hold the LLC.While it is critically important that the LLC be formed properly, it is even more important that it be used properly.

I don't yet own an RV park but have been researching what makes them really do well (other than local attractions, obviously you have and might be all you need). you an also look for a spot on the high bluff next to that river where people can fish and let their dog swim,canoeing,  or a shaded nature walk.

We agreed and amended the 2 year lease agreement to end on 8/31/19 (signed by both landlord & tenant) & tenant paid the August 2019 rent via the standard procedure (deposit into our bank account).

I know a lot of places have solicitation rules, and restrictions on passing out literature of any sort on their property.Offline my community seems pretty small, and I'd rather NOT do business with friends, because it's human nature to involve emotions and expect discounts/handouts and such (I've seen this especially with artists - people abuse their talented friend's good deeds).Any suggestions?
