I’m a little nervous about the amount of work I just signed up to rehab a 1920s duplex but It’s a great market and a great city for sure.  

I'm nervous though, that I could run into issues with a bank trying to refinance because of the same issues that popped with my pursuit of a HELOC.

I'm excited as well nervous about the whole thing, after all, I'm new in all of this and don't know much about everything so I've have been reading books and just signed up with BiggerPockets. 

I also am now getting nervous about the new experience of being a landlord.

Makes me nervous.

I feel talking to these inspectors has got me nervous. 

My two cents: I was nervous to jump into my first duplex deal which was only 2 units.

This would be out-of-state for me, so I'm nervous about the possibility of investing where I cannot see the property and don't yet have contacts in the area.Should I be putting more money into the expenses?
