New investment property owner
Hi everyone, my name's is Rod and I've been looking forward in getting my feet wet in real estate investing for quite sometime now. Well, I recently was able to close on a 3 family home with a finished basement as a studio. I'm excited as well nervous about the whole thing, after all, I'm new in all of this and don't know much about everything so I've have been reading books and just signed up with BiggerPockets.
