i send all of my calls to a two minute infovoicemail ...things happen instantly.1) callers leave a message if they want to sell2) I don't waste time or argue with non sellers who are my future prospect3) my phone system feeds into a text service to send monthly "I Buy Houses" texts4) I don't mistakenly take callers off my marketing.

A successful relationship is where both parties feed ideas off of each other and have mutual respect for each other to achieve and agreed upon common goal.If a potential client sees you as a necessary evil or worthless then let them do it themselves if you are not a valued and respected component to the transaction.Just like investors demand quality properties to buy a broker/agent should demand and screen for quality clients to work with.To make this demand however you have to make yourself valuable.

Now I hustle and specialize with investors so I can feed clients deals so they don't have to use a bunch of agents.

I thought of using her so she can learn along with me but also using someone who is more savvy with finding good investments.I have 5 agents feeding me deals.
