That thought never crossed my mind..

I need all the help and support I can get because I'm green, so this forum is amazing. 

I've listened to @David Greene's podcast and bought the book - and now here I am, sitting in a Greensboro, NC coffee shop documenting my journey so far. 

@James Wise I literally almost have that map memorized to the point I can look on the map and tell you what should be red, yellow, light green or green.

I think i am in the green because the foreclosure documents from the court clearly stated the named defendants and their hiers, estate, successor are forever foreclosed upon.

I manage it myself and its been "so so" as far as doing the distance things but its kind of a PITA and don't want to do it that way again....We just paid off our primary residence and have a TON of equity in it, so we got a HELOC and are ready to start buying....but I cant find sh*t in CA.....so just started to read about turn key plans.....looking for a place to start, referral on who and where to invest..... so I'm very "green" right now.... but it may be my best option too....

All closed workorders are saved and can be cross referenced by tenant, property, or unit at any time from anywhere.

The house went on the market yesterday so fingers crossed it sells quickly this time for a decent price.
