Wholesaler Newbie living in Chicago Area

Hello! I'm a new investor currently living in the northwest suburbs of Chicago but would like to invest where my kids are in Northern California, Seattle area and Boston area in addition to my local area. Looking for cash buyers as I set up my LLC, Logo, Website, etc. Also want to use Batchleads and either Propstream or Privy. I will be ready to go in a week. Hey @Dee Johnson - Lets do some investing together here in Chicago!  I Am up on the Northside, but we are a cash buyer everywhere when the numbers make sense.  What neighborhood are you in?

Curious as to why you want to invest out of state first as opposed to figuring things out in your backyard.  Happy to connect and help you get going in the right direction.
