Wholesaler Newbie living in Chicago Area

Hello! I'm a new investor currently living in the northwest suburbs of Chicago but would like to invest where my kids are in Northern California, Seattle area and Boston area in addition to my local area. Looking for cash buyers as I set up my LLC, Logo, Website, etc. Also want to use Batchleads and either Propstream or Privy. I will be ready to go in a week.
