Experiences with particular Cleveland brokers??

Hello everyone, not sure if this is the right place to post, but here it goes. 

I am a newbie investor, but a newbie that is ready to get off the bench immediately and start making progress towards my goals. I am looking to connect with some amazing agents/ brokers working in the Cleveland area, who also are investors. I am OOS and really would like to work with someone who deals a lot with out of state investors!

Does anyone have any good experience working with a particular agent/broker in the Cleveland area? If so, could you refer me to them? Also, do you have any bad experiences that you may want to share?

@James Wise I literally almost have that map memorized to the point I can look on the map and tell you what should be red, yellow, light green or green. Your a godsend for making that  map its such a useful tool. Ive had it on my desktop for months now looking at properties and comparing the maps. I have already reached out to Anthony at Holton-Wise,  hope to get going here soon!
