Investment partnership ???

Hello BP,

I am very interested in real estate investing and have read david greenes BRRRR and Long distance real estate invest. Have also been doing lots of research on the side, but I don't know anyone to talk real estate with.
I have some cash stacked up in my savings and just recently opened a LLC for a Wholesale car dealer. Currently I am not showing any income and therefore I can not get a loan of any sort that I know but I do make money from selling cars that I don't report. I want to start investing in real estate but I feel like I need another experienced partner to help guide me through my first deal.

Would you happen to know anyone who is looking for a partner? If not, I'd be willing to help an experienced investor do some book keeping or other errands in exchange for letting me be by their side for some deals that they close just so I get some experience with buying properties.
