Generally a bit old house, mix between SFR and MFR, Schools are still great (not the best), crime is low to mid.C class - low to upper-middle class - purely blue collar working class people, a lof MFR, less SFR, crime is medium, school districts are not that great, mix between commercial and residential areas.
