If youre in dry climate conditions, vinyl plank is a good idea since you can peel one piece at a time and its durable, but tile is always a safe bet.

They're the ones that are sucking the Golden State dry.  

I completely agree with @Greg H. about HUD...with a little patience and perseverance the HUDHomestore system works for us and is more straightforward/cut and dry than dealing with a non-governmental/regular seller.

As one area starts to dry up, new areas around the city start to become increasingly popular.

I wouldn't say this is cut and dry one way or the other but I don't have all the details.

At the very least you're talking about removing flooring and baseboards, getting everything clean and dry, then replacing what you removed.  

Although it can be VERY dry, it is all based around what is on the exam.

It does set very quickly but it takes many hours to dry.

That would be like trying to stay dry after you have already been thrown in the pool.
