Hello everyone!

My wife and I live in the Charleston, SC area where I am in the midst of earning my Real Estate License (in about a month). We have also purchased our first home (townhome) with the idea of renovating and living in it for 2 years and then turning it into a rental.

I have taken the last month to explore all the newbie literature on the site and am anxious to learn more and contribute where I can. I have a ton of questions (starting LLC, selecting a broker to hang my license, finding deals, etc.) that I will save for other forums and future posts.

I am excited to be a part of the BiggerPockets Community and diving into the world of Real Estate and REI.
