Dropping the "or" means that you personally along with the unnamed assignee would share ownership.My previous point was that you need to clearly communicate to the seller, likely through the listing broker, that your intent is NOT to set yourself up to wholesale the property, but rather to CLOSE the transaction in the name of a yet to be formed entity that you will be in control of.What you are trying to do is not all that unusual.
