If it's a property that we intend to hold and the market data shows that the average property sold above the list price within the last 6 months, we may go above the list, but we will not go above the target we've set for our business.

Keep in mind, you can only host open houses for listings within your brokerage. and if you go to other agent's open houses and start soliciting the patrons for business, the agent/host will not take kindly to it :)

The area where I dont have detailed time logs is prospecting / relationship building for my real estate business which is 100% SOI, Social media posts/stories, attending social events, networking events, friend/family events, etc.Side note...we have no kids so time to do both jobs is abundantly available.
