Correct me if I am wrong, but my understanding of this is is that if the owner doesn't allow me to view the inside of the property, I can make an offer, noting Offer Subject of Interior Inspection.

She schedules viewings of the houses based on my schedule and if I have to make a stop at the house for a viewing, we make it an open house, send out an email blast to everyone that has ever signed up on our site, and update the zillow listing with the open house info.
