Eviction Due to "damage"
Questions about eviction in Texas:
Please tell me if a land lord can enter the property with out 24 hour prior notification just to look around.
AND- can the land lord scream outside to passerby people, and neighbors that the tenant has damaged the apartment? Can the land lord evict tenant because a 2 year old child scribbled on the wall? Can the land lord file vandalism charges for two bags of trash in the kitchen, and scribbling on the wall, and demand $100 cash to be paid in 3 days, or tenant be evicted? The "damage" is two bags of trash, and a two year olds coloring on the wall, which is removable.
Thank you for replying.

The landlord is obviously upset their tenant is a filthy disgusting pig who will not control nor clean up after her kids. That the tenant also pays rent late makes the relationship worse. Time for tenant to get their act together or leave.
