Poll: Real Estate Portal?

Hi there! :)

I have a question for all of you working in the real estate business.

Which software do you use for communication and collaboration? Do you rely on an in-house software? Do you use free tools like Slack / Trello / Skype to handle the workflow? Or do you use a (hosted) intranet solution as a  real estate portal?

Would love to hear your thoughts about it!

I've checked out the pricing of Bitrix24, and the free option (<5 GB storage, to time management tools, no external users) seems to be a good choice for smaller teams. However, the professional package seems to be a bit overpriced, since you'll get unlimited storage/users for half the price elsewhere.

Any other opinions? Would love to hear more thoughts on this topic!

Check out Bitrix24. The first 12 users are free. It's not specifically tailored to real estate but rather a blank slate you can customize for a variety of different uses.

Because I own businesses in other fields its great to wall off the software by company from the employees view but from my vantage point it's one system that reaches people in all parts of the organization, allows us all to work together on projects and enhances inter office communications.
