I'm going to NC State University part-time, to get my masters, and decided to buy my first investment property just recently, despite this crazy market.  

We also worked with the state of Maine and the city of Auburn to get grants and loans to help with the building.

My best advice for someone starting out is invest in a town that has well rated university. 

My partner is currently attending hondros RE school while also pursuing an international business degree from Kent State University.

I'm about a year out from transitioning from the military and I'm looking at attending the University of Colorado Boulder to earn my MS in Real Estate.

In terms of financing, does the university pay you monthly as fellowship award?

Unfortunately, I do not count out a Hot-War, there is many pieces on the board lining up for a state-level hot-war, and pray Elon has things set on Mars by that time because the 1 universal skill of mastery for humans has been death-dealing.
