Based on peoples experiences in MTR in Denver area, is it a good idea to turn a house into MTR, especially of such size?

Any help would be great Today it really boils down to the sponsors experience, how much you need and how much equity the sponsor is putting into the deal.You could look at similar types of deals in the area and see if you can find out who some of the investors were in that offering.

However, if you don't have much experience with purchasing real estate, or are unfamiliar with your local area, then it may be beneficial for you to work with an agent regardless of where you are sourcing your deals from.Your agent should be providing value beyond whatever amount they are charging you, and if they're not it may be time to find someone new to join your team!

Hello,     Does anyone have experience buying a property that has had bankruptcy filed on it?

Still running the numbers, but the plan is to BRRRR but flip would be the backup exit strategy.Does anyone have experience installing HVAC in old houses that do not have central air?
