I've seen this before with struggling businesspeople... they don't want to market for some reason. 

We ran into a similar struggle when relocating to Indianapolis but were able to get an FHA loan on a cheap house.

It's been a struggle at times, to be sure.

Couple things JoseFirstly, there's an element of control with any parents or in laws - they struggle through letting their kids grow up, and in some cases, have something really concrete to offer.  

If the property is in excellent condition, then a premium is deserved but you may struggle with the property appraising out to support higher valuations.

I have found several private lenders who specialize in short-term (fix & flip) loans but have struggled to find private lenders who do longer term loans for those who like to buy & hold.

I know I had struggled with both of these earlier in my career and NEVER hurts to learn more.Great work and thanks for spending the time on the podcast and book.

I just watched the webinar last night and I've been struggling figure out real numbers for cap ex and rehab cost.

I'm just struggling with the idea of leaving it in the bank and earning next to nothing.
