I know the easy answer is "deals closed," but what I'm really looking for is what metric would allow you to simply focus on doing what you do best without needing to worry about generating and nurturing leads.For a bit more context, I'll be coming in and automating my clients path to purchasing new deals by generating leads, engaging with these leads to learn more about the property and their situation, scheduling inspections/consultations, delivering offers, getting what's needed to close, even getting reviews after the purchase.

There are some loan programs that will go up to 75-80% of the After Repairs Value and there are also some lines of credit that can be set up so that you have the ability to close quickly and pull funds when you need them.I like the idea that you should have your work scheduled out in front as well as how much money you need for each phase.
