New Rehabber / Financier in Minnesota

I have been refurbishing homes for the last 4 years. I buy a house every winter and work on it nights and weekends when my schedule allows. I get good deals on housing but the trick is in the financing. It can be a brutal process but it is pretty easy for me because I am a mortgage broker and I know every lender that is running deals on rates or that will allow a smaller down payment. If you are still looking for financing in Minnesota I would love to help out. Or any other states for that matter.
I was on this website just poking around and found it to be quite helpful to know that people out there are going through the same things I am when dealing with unloading properties in a down market. Let me know if I can be of any help in financing the properties you are looking at.
