Thanks Ronald...to answer previous question...I do not owe anything on the 27k...and I am looking at a second purchase of 30k...already have a house in mind...I definitely have to learn .more about the numbers moving foward...I believe you could be a good resource for me...and Stephanie...looking at your profile..it seems that you and your husband have a great thing going as far as your business...the experience out of you guys has to be so valuable...I would love to know more....

We consider returns changing along with location just like bond investors do with bonds of different risk profiles.
