Home eqity as downpayment
Hello Everyone,
First, thank you the whole community for advice I received before.
I bought two properties and now am thinking how to raise the downpayment for the next one. I still have unused home equity and some savings.
Could anyone please share how it is possible to use home equity as downpayment?
Is it possible?
Thank you for anything you could share with me.
Sincerely,
Mariusz
