Hey Everyone! I hope your 2018 has been a successful one. I’m trying to propose some new lead generation ideas for my company for 2019 and I wanted to get some opinions or personal case studies on successful tactics. What have you used in 2018 that was most successful for you in terms of spread between cost per lead and value per lead? We considered Boomtown, Boldleads, TorchX, etc. Zillow was a failed project and so was Realtor.com over the last 18 months Looking forward to hearing your responses!

I use facebook ads. My limit is $5/day and get about 3 leads per day. My target are first time home buyers.

I will increase my ads to 3 total. Targeting first time home buyers, and move-up buyers in two areas.
