Just recently I decided it was time to focus and became a pro member.

I decided to leave the tenants in place until they left under their own conditions, because I knew that whenever one left, I would have to spend $10k to bring the unit up to a condition that would attract the tenants I was looking for. 

once you get more experience, you can bypass the inspector and go with trusted contractors but for the first few houses, i strongly recommend not skipping the inspector.you will have to schedule a CC and fire inspection if you decide to proceed. 

He did his due diligence to make sure the company was legit and then decided to move forward.Since then he has leased several more properties to the company and has nothing but positive things to say about the experience.

Just curious- what made you decide to go down the route of a limited partnership?

I recently decided to focus on getting more active and hope it will help me move forward on my RE journey.

But I was already leaving so I decided to file a complaint with the HOA instead.

Being able to have a conversation that takes all your details into account will get you a whole lot smarter and in a better position to decide.

In other forums we talked about doing a vacation rental, wife and I decided to try it locally and learn how to do it before going virtual.Thanks all or any help.
