Introduction in New Jersey

Hi All,

I was introduced to Bigger Pockets a little while ago but never did my personal introduction. I just kind of snooped around and read the forums. Just recently I decided it was time to focus and became a pro member.

I’ve been house hacking a 2 family home for 8 years now in NJ and I purchased a condo in FL to rent in 2013 when buying real estate was easy. Have to admit, I love the passive income.

Multifamily buy and hold seems to be the best path to take and I have some funds to go after the next opportunity. However, it feels like the more I read, listen and learn, the more cautious I’ve become (analysis paralysis).

If anyone has recommendations for a certain podcast, book or forum article that sparked them, I am all ears. Especially if it is something related to building a team. Seems like buying a property that needs work is the way to go and I’ll need a contractor to help with it.

I plan to be able to return the favor to some newbies in the near future.

Good luck to all!

Thanks,

Mike
