I am overly and thoroughly appreciative of all the forums, podcasts, and Bigger Pockets in general for providing such an amazing platform for newbies and the more seasoned who share the same passion.As I am only 25, with no disposable funds or substantial credit history I'm really interested in learning about creative ways to dive into real estate.

Mission StatementMy mission is to be incredibly successful.I will accomplish this by dedicating 10 hours a day (7-5pm) to my success formula, 6 days a week.100% of my time will be given to help myself achieve my goals to have a happy, secure, fun and healthy life.My plan of action will include time at the gym, 1 hour dedicated to study, the completion of 6 daily work goals I create nightly, 30 minutes dedicated to meditation and self-awareness and fun time with the family.When I’m at home I will dedicate my time to my kids and will have no thoughts of work.My goal is to be successful, stress free and happy......Some of it's a little corny, I know...Thanks again,John

Hi there,Great to see an entire section dedicated to Canadians, I love it...Anyways, I have recently started investing in the U.S. only because that's where I'm located for work.

The included web portal is actually pretty usable if you don't already have a separate website.All of the big cloud based options give you a week or more of free time to test their platforms.

We currently use QB, but it would be MUCH easier to manage our books if we shifted to their online platform.

However, I would definitely dedicate a well water line to the toilets.J.

The make the full bath dedicated to the bedroom.

It all just takes time and being dedicated to knowing your market and what it takes to sell a house very well.Sorry for the vague answer its just trial and error, everyone here seems to want to sit here and research the perfect way to do it while some other guy or girl is out there actually learning from experience and is 10x closer to getting that deal done.
