BP has great resources for single family but when you move into commercial - multifamily, offices, NNN leases, etc - the analysis becomes more complicated. 

Any advice, tips, or hard reality checks about this kind of deal would be greatly appreciated! 

Also, most foreclosure agents that I know spend more time on their computer at the home office than they do walking up and down stairs at showings.
