Mobile homes, I'd say not to listen to anyone on the internet except @Ken RishelWhen you own it DF gets less complicated...wow, if you are "in the business of" or a non-occupant, that's when the DF issues kick in.All of this has been hashed out hundreds of times on BP.

Not being condescending but there aren't any big players here, they don't bother with spending time on forums or hitting on podcasts, only newbies and those needing to impress them land on internet forums.

Simple question...For those people that get internet leads that aren't deals but the person has some level of motivation...how sort of follow up marketing do you do to these leads?
