If you’re fortunate enough to have a lease set up so that the tenant does all the repairs, it gives you a lot more freedom.

I am currently looking to get into real estate in hopes to find financial freedom. 

@Justin KushnerI have a C Corp as management company for all my entities.I am using it for all my expenses and it also gives me some other benefits like a health care plan.

Financial freedom was also a nice bonus on top.I'm originally from the Logan, Utah area, but have been away from Utah for 3 years while I attend school in Rexburg, Idaho.
